MUAY THAI
Commonly known as Thai Boxing in the West, is a martial art and combat sport originating in Thailand.
JIU-JITSU
Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art that has evolved from Japan and it involves taking down your oponent by using: throwing, inmobalizing, strangling and joint locking tecnique.
MINI WARRIORS
Our Kids classes are the perfect blend of fun, discipline, and skill-building, with a focus on teaching self defense, boosting confidence, and improving focus.
